Life Coaching with Anika
Life coaching has grown to be a hugely successful form of talking therapy, to the extent that it has helped turn people's lives around. A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet, and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
My approach to life coaching is truly different from mainstream coaches, I believe in giving you want you need first - while worrying about the wants later. We as human beings are all fighting something, but why not fight it together? Why not have an accountability partner? Why not have someone help pull out what's already inside of you?
In my experience of living my own life, I endured a lot of personal trauma for which I had to overcome. In the process of trying to turn my life around - numerous family, friends and even some strangers (all of which who in turn became my clients) enlisted my help to transform their lives. Overtime I created a unique system to help clients break through challenges, organize their approach, and pursue their best lives!
I created the Life Mapping Worksheet to help individuals put their Life onto paper in a mapping format to gain clarity.
Completing the Map is a foundational step to rerouting your life in the direction you truly want it to go.

This is where you and I will meet. We will get down to the facts of what's going on in your life and start working our way upward.
The Coaching sessions are truly integral to your progress - as I use them to gain clear understanding of your needs, goals, and obstacles. Meeting on a regular basis allows us to keep track of any milestones accomplished and review the success of our strategies.
These sessions include:
- 3x a week (in person or via video calls - We must meet at least once)
- Homework assignments created for your growth
